    Executive Director - Marc A. Recko

    Marc Recko has been the ED at Hoboken Housing Authority for almost ten years. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge, spanning over forty years.

    Emil has been working at HHA for more than twelve years. He oversees Payroll and AP & AR and was recently appointed Deputy Director.

    Frank has worked at HHA for five years. He started as the Director of Operations when he first joined and was promoted to his current position.
