    Executive Director - Marc A. Recko

    Marc Recko has been the ED at Hoboken Housing Authority for almost ten years. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge, spanning over forty years.

    Chief Financial Officer - Emil Kotherithara

    Emil has been working at HHA for more than twelve years. He oversees Payroll and AP & AR and was recently appointed Deputy Director.

    Director of Development - Frank Merchand

    Frank has worked at HHA for five years. He started as the Director of Operations when he first joined and was recently (December 2024) promoted to the current position.

    Yesenia has been working for HHA since 2016. Her most recent position was HCV Manager.

    Sandy started working at HHA in December 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rutgers University.
