Hoboken Housing Redevelopment Principles
As you know, the HHA is embarking on the long-awaited renovation/redevelopment journey to the transformation of our aging housing stock. Over the coming months, our highly qualified planning team will be working with HHA staff to begin the process of reaching out to our residents and all of the Hoboken community for your input as we develop future plans for HHA together.
As a first step, the HHA Board of Commissioners has developed a set of “Preservation and Development Guiding Principles” that we will adhere to as we develop our plans and bring those plans to reality. I look forward to hearing from all of you during this process.
