RAD PROGRAM
The Rental Assistance Demonstration Program (RAD) was established by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development to offer public housing agencies stable funding sources for stabilization, rehabilitation, and property improvements. The Hoboken Housing Authority plans to invest over $2.5 million in Fox Hill Gardens, a ten-story building for seniors and disabled individuals with 200 units. The upgrades will prioritize water conservation, efficient and cost-saving lighting, kitchen and cabinet renovations, and other physical enhancements.
