This is first edition of our resident Handbook. The Handbook provides information about your rights and duties as a resident, HHA’s rights and duties, and various rules and regulations. The information in this Handbook draws from your Lease Agreement with addendums, Admissions and Continued Housing Occupancy Policy (ACOP), and other relevant regulations. Please read your Handbook as soon as possible after you move in and keep your Handbook and Lease handy for reference.
