Carbon Monoxide Detectors - Monóxido de Carbono Detectores

Attention Andrew Jackson North, Andrew Jackson South, and Christopher Columbus Residents:

As part of our precautionary measures to avoid death and injury caused by carbon monoxide, the Hoboken Housing Authority will be installing carbon monoxide detectors in all units.  Carbon monoxide (CO) is a gas that you cannot see, taste, or smell.  The only way to know if CO is present is to install a dector in your unit.

HHA personnel will go to all units to begin installation.  If for any reason, the detector gets remove there will be an extra charge to your account.  It is required by HUD that we get this done by December 31, 2022.  We must have access to enter all units.  NO EXCEPTION ALLOWED.
