Notice to all Hoboken Housing Authority Residents

Dear Valued Resident:

The Hoboken Housing Authority has contracted towing services with Lopez Auto Repair, LLC to tow vehicles, motorcycles, e-bikes, and any other motorized vehicles illegally parked on property. The towing includes but is not limited to, abandoned, inoperable, non-HHA decal, and vehicles without a visitor’s pass. Towing will also extend to vehicles illegally parked on fire lanes, fire hydrants, and any other prohibited parking spaces on HHA property.

Please be advised that towing services will begin Monday, October 17, 2022 and will be on a recurring basis. This notification serves as a 72-hour notice to allow you to remove your vehicle or motorcycle ahead of time.

Violators will be towed at vehicle owner’s expense.
