The Hoboken Housing Authority will host the first-ever Hoboken mayoral candidate debate. The debate will be moderated by Peter Biancamano, host of “The Pulse with Peter B,” which airs on cable access television. The debate will air on Sunday, November 2nd, a few days before the elections.
