Dear HHA Residents,
I’m excited to invite all HHA Resident families to an important meeting concerning the future of HHA - to be held on the Mama Johnson Field on Wednesday, August 11th at 6:00PM.
The HHA Board and I have brought together a nationally recognized group of specialists in Public and Assisted Housing planning, finance, rehabilitation, and redevelopment that will be producing our plan for the future of HHA. We need your input regarding the future direction of our properties.
We are in our initial stages of developing this plan, and it as crucial that we obtain your input regarding what you want to seeas we move forward in the transformation of HHA’s buildings. At the meeting we will inform you of what we have accomplished in our initial planning work, and have your voices heard right from the start!
We will be setting up a large tent with open sides on the field for the meeting so there will be room for all while keeping socially distanced as we wear our masks. We have come through the trials of the past year, and want to keep all of our families safe, so we will be requiring masks to be worn, and will have them available for those that need them.
I look forward to seeing you all on Wednesday evening as we move Hoboken Housing Forward!

Me entusiasma invitar a todas las familias residentes de HHA a una importante reunión sobre el futuro de HHA, que se llevará a cabo en el Campo Mama Johnson el Miércoles 11 de Agosto a las 6:00 PM.
La Junta de HHA y yo hemos reunido a un grupo reconocido a nivel nacional de especialistas en planificación, finanzas, rehabilitación y reurbanización de viviendas públicas y asistidasque producirán nuestro plan para el futuro de HHA a finales de año, y necesitamos su opinión con respecto a la dirección futurade nuestras propiedades.
Estamos en nuestras etapas iniciales de desarrollo de este plan, y es crucial que obtengamos su opinión con respecto a lo que desea ver a medida que avanzamos en la transformación de los edificios de HHA.
